Shipping policy

  • All orders are shipped USPS unless specified.
  • Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of receiving it excluding weekends and Holidays.
  • We ship orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska by USPS Priority mail when requested.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • If you find any breakage, please inform us and the UPS within 2-3 business days. 
  • Any Discrepancy or breakage should be reported to Mother of Wild within 7 days of receipt. We will issue refunds for shortage and breakage. We will not ship the replacements.
  • No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization. There will be a restocking fee of 25% if you return the merchandise plus the shipping cost will be deducted.Â
